基于辅导员工作视角的大学生人文精神培育刍论

摘　　要：大学生人文精神培育是落实立德树人根本任务、培养社会主义建设者和接班人的必然要求,对促进大学生的全面发展和社会进步具有重要意义。辅导员工作与大学生人文精神培育在核心理念、方法途径、价值目标上存在一定的契合性。作为学生工作主力军,辅导员在推进大学生人文精神培育中具有独特的角色定位优势、职业能力优势和育人环境优势。提升思想政治教育亲和力、构建网络阵地、抓实社会实践、塑造优秀校园文化、加强人文关怀是辅导员推进大学生人文精神培育的重要路径。The cultivation of college students'humanistic spirit is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education and the cultivation of socialist builders and successors.It is of great significance to promote the all-round development of college students and social progress.There is a certain agreement between counselors'work and the cultivation of college studentsJ humanistic spirit in the core concepts,methods and value goals.As the main force of student work,counselors have unique role positioning advantages,professional ability advantages and educational environment advantages in promoting the cultivation of college students'humanistic spirit.Enhancing the affinity of ideological and political education,building network positions,attaching importance to social practice,shaping excellent campus culture,and strengthening humanistic care are the important paths for counselors to promote the cultivation of college students,humanistic spirit.
