摘　　要：ANCA相关性肾炎合并IgG4小管间质性肾炎在临床较为少见,诊断及治疗方面具有一定的特殊性。本文就湛江中心人民医院收治的1例ANCA相关性肾炎合并IgG4小管间质性肾炎患者临床表现、实验室检查、影像学检查、病理检查等治疗进行回顾性分析。结合相关文献可知,ANCA-GN和IgG4-TIN是两种不同的疾病,在临床表现及组织学特征方面可能重叠,可同时存在,ANCA-GN合并IgG4的临床诊断应当综合临床症状、血清指标、影响学、病理检查综合考虑。ANCA associated glomerulonephritis combined with IgG4 tubulointerstitial glomerulonephritis is rare in clinic,and has certain specificity in diagnosis and treatment.The clinical manifestations,laboratory examination,imaging examination and pathological examination of a patient with ANCA associated glomerulonephritis complicated with IgG4 tubulointerstitial nephritis in Zhanjiang Central People’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Combined with the relevant literature,ANCA-GN and IgG4-TIN are two different diseases,which may overlap in clinical manifestations and histological characteristics,and can exist at the same time.The clinical diagnosis of ANCA-GN combined with IgG4 should be considered comprehensively in terms of clinical symptoms,serum indexes,influencing factors and pathological examination.
