艾灸气海穴对产后恢复的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸气海穴对产后恢复的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年2月于本院分娩的400例顺产产妇,按照随机数表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组200例。对照组给予常规产后指导,治疗组在此基础上加用艾灸气海穴。比较两组产后恶露持续时间、产后排尿情况、盆底肌功能、阴道壁脱垂、子宫脱垂情况。结果:两组血性恶露持续时间>15 d发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组血性恶露持续时间<10 d的发生率和10~15 d发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产后排尿不畅率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组产后4 h内排尿率高于对照组,>4 h排尿率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组快速收缩阶段最大值、紧张收缩阶段平均值、耐力收缩阶段平均值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组阴道前壁脱垂率、阴道后壁脱垂率比较均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组子宫脱垂率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:艾灸气海穴可以有效促进子宫收缩,刺激排尿,增强盆底肌收缩力度,改善盆底功能,减少阴道脱垂发生风险,减少产后并发症的发生。艾灸气海穴对产后恢复疗效较好,简便易行,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion on Qihai acupoint on postpartum recovery.Method:A total of 400 cases of vaginal parturients who delivered in our hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected,and they were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,200 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postpartum guidance,and the treatment group was given moxibustion Qihai acupoint on the basis of the control group.The duration of postpartum lochia,postpartum urination,pelvic floor muscle function,vaginal wall prolapse and uterine prolapse were compared between two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the incidence of lochia rubra duration>15 d between two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the incidence of lochia rubra duration<10 d and the incidence of lochia rubra duration 10-15 d between two groups(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the rate of obstructed urination between two groups(P<0.05).The urination rate within 4 h in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the urination rate>4 h was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximum value of rapid contraction stage,mean value of tension-contraction stage and mean value of endurance contraction stage in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anterior and posterior vaginal prolapse rates in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in uterine prolapse rate between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion at Qihai acupoint can effectively promote uterine contraction,stimulate urination,enhance the strength of pelvic floor muscle contraction,improve pelvic floor function,reduce the risk of vaginal prolapse and reduce the occurrence of postpartum com
