过敏性疾病患者过敏原检测及尘螨脱敏治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨过敏性疾病患者过敏原检测及尘螨脱敏治疗效果。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年4月本院收治的过敏性疾病患者78例,所有患者均进行过敏原检测,后进行尘螨脱敏治疗。分析各种过敏原分布情况、各种过敏性疾病患者尘螨脱敏治疗效果。结果:78例患者中,排在前三位的吸入性过敏原分别为粉尘螨、户尘螨、屋尘螨,占比为52.6%、51.3%、48.7%;排在前三位的食入性过敏原分别为蟹、羊肉、牛肉,占比为51.3%、43.6%、35.9%;颜面部水肿治疗有效3例,治疗有效率为75.0%,过敏性紫癜治疗有效4例,有效率为80.0%,过敏性结膜炎治疗有效1例,治疗有效率为50.0%,瘙痒症治疗有效2例,治疗有效率为66.7%,荨麻疹治疗有效15例,治疗有效率为71.4%,湿疹治疗有效5例,治疗有效率为66.7%,支气管哮喘治疗有效13例,治疗有效率为85.7%,过敏性咳嗽治疗有效4例,治疗有效率为80.0%,过敏性鼻炎治疗有效15例,治疗有效率为83.3%。结论:过敏性疾病患者进行过敏原检测后及时进行尘螨脱敏治疗的效果值得肯定。Objective:To investigate the allergen detection and effect of dust mite desensitization in patients with allergic diseases.Method:A total of 78 patients with allergic diseases in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected.All patients were tested for allergens and then treated with dust mite desensitization.The distribution of various allergens and the desensitization effect of dust mites in patients with various allergic diseases were analyzed.Result:In 78 patients,the top three inhaled allergens were Dermatophagoides farinae,Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,accounting for 52.6%,51.3%and 48.7%;the top three ingested allergens were crab,mutton and beef,accounting for 51.3%,43.6%and 35.9%;3 patients were effective in the treatment of facial edema,the effective rate was 75.0%;4 patients were effective in the treatment of allergic purpura,the effective rate was 80.0%,1 case of allergic conjunctivitis,the effective rate was 50.0%,2 cases of pruritus,the effective rate was 66.7%,15 cases of urticaria,the effective rate was 71.4%,5 cases of eczema,the effective rate was 66.7%,13 cases of bronchial asthma,the effective rate was 85.7%,and 4 cases of allergic cough,the effective rate was 80.0%,and 15 cases of allergic rhinitis,the effective rate was 83.3%.Conclusion:The effect of dust mite desensitization treatment in patients with allergic diseases after allergen detection is worthy of affirmation.
