生物医学工程专业本科生就业期望度与满意度分析——以安徽中医药大学生物医学工程专业为例

摘　　要：为了描述和反映生物医学工程专业学生对就业择业的期望度以及就业后的满意度,探索生物医学工程专业就业指导新模式,该文通过问卷法对安徽中医药大学生物医学工程专业2017—2020届学生的就业期望度和就业满意度进行调查。结果显示,生物医学工程专业本科生专业对口率一般,整体薪资偏低,继续深造期望较高。建议从巩固专业思想、明确就业目标、加强就业指导课程体系建设、积极拓展实习就业基地、努力打造职业技能竞赛平台等方面出发,充分发掘生物医学工程专业本科生潜能,提升其工作满意度。In order to describe and reflect the expectation of biomedical engineering students on employment and job selection and their employment satisfaction after employment,this paper explores a new model of employment guidance for biomedical engineering majors.The employment expectation and employment satisfaction of 2017-2020 students majoring in biomedical engineering of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine were collected by questionnaire.The results show that the professional counterpart rate of biomedical engineering undergraduates is general,the overall salary is low,and the expectation of further study is high.It is suggested to fully explore the potential of biomedical engineering undergraduates and improve job satisfaction from the aspects of consolidating professional ideas,clarifying employment objectives,strengthening the construction of employment guidance curriculum system,actively expanding internship and employment base,and striving to build a vocational skills competition platform.
