摘  要:目的:探讨延续性护理对急性心肌梗死PCI患者负性情绪及自我管理能力的影响。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年5月本院70例急性心肌梗死PCI患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组给予基础性护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予延续性护理,比较护理前后两组的负性情绪和自我管理能力的变化。结果:护理后,观察组患者SDS、SAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的饮食管理、治疗依从性管理、症状管理及日常活动管理评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性心肌梗死PCI患者实施延续性护理,能够有效改善患者的负性情绪,提高患者的自我管理能力。Objective:To explore the effect of continuous care on negative emotion and self-management ability in patients with PCI for acute myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 70 patients with PCI for acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from May 2019 and May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was given basic care,while the observation group was given continuous care on the basis of control group.The changes of negative emotion and self-management ability of the two groups were compared before and after care.Result:After care,the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the scores of diet management,treatment compliance management,symptom management and daily activity management in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous care for PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively improve their negative emotions and improve their self-management ability.
