镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折的效果及对呼吸功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折(FMR)的效果及对呼吸功能的影响。方法:选择2019年11月-2021年2月笔者所在医院收治的FMR患者64例,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组和试验组,各32例。对照组采用胸部护板外固定,试验组采用镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定术。比较两组临床疗效、呼吸功能及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组FEV_(1)%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组MVV%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定术治疗FMR的效果显著,能够改善患者的呼吸功能,术后并发症发生率低,值得应用。Objective:To study the effect of internal fixation with nickel-titanium shape memory alloy embracing device in the treatment of fracture of multiple ribs (FMR) and its influence on respiratory function.Method:A total of 64 FMR patients admitted in our hospital from November 2019 to February 2021 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 32 cases in each group.The control group used chest guard external fixation,and the experimental group used nickel-titanium shape memory alloy embracing device internal fixation.The clinical efficacy,respiratory function,and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75%,which was higher than 75.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FEV_(1)% between the two groups after surgery (P>0.05).The MVV% of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.25%,which was lower than 25.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of internal fixation with nickel-titanium shape memory alloy embracing device in the treatment of FMR is significant,which can improve the patients’ respiratory function,and the postoperative complication rate is low,so it is worthy of application.
