摘 要:人为的多环芳烃(PAHs)污染源主要包括化学工业、交通运输、日常生活和垃圾焚烧等。PAHs在大气、水体、植被和土壤中均有分布,可通过食物、饮水、呼吸、皮肤等途径进入人体,对人类的健康造成危害。目前,PAHs的降解技术包括物理法、化学法和生物法,其中微生物PAHs降解技术因其高效、低成本、无二次污染,已成为行业的主流技术。微生物固定法可分为吸附、共价结合、交联、包埋等方法,所负载的微生物能有效降解PAHs,发展前景十分广阔,根据其菌群又可分为单株菌和菌群,其中固定化菌群对PAHs的降解能力更优。本综述为微生物降解PAHs提供了新的研究思路及方向。Man-made pollution sources of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)include chemical industry,transportation,daily life,garbage incineration,etc.It is distributed in the atmosphere,water,vegetation,and soil.It can enter the human body through food,drinking water,breath,skin,etc.,and is harmful to human health.At present,PAHs degradation technologies include physical,chemical and biological methods.Microbial PAHs degradation technology has become the mainstream technology in the industry due to its high efficiency,low cost,and no secondary pollution.Microbial immobilization methods can be divided into adsorption,covalent bonding,cross-linking,embedding and other methods.The loaded microorganisms can effectively degrade PAHs.The development prospects are very broad.According to their flora,they can be divided into single strains and flora.The degradability of the chemical flora to PAHs is better.This review provides new research ideas and directions for microbial degradation of PAHs.
