摘  要:目的为医院的新院区规划重点学科群,通过特色专科促进院区学科综合发展。方法使用SWOT分析法搭建基本分析框架,综合评估内部因素和外部因素;使用波士顿矩阵对医院内部学科进行分类。结果新院区学科规划的内部优势为大部分学科国内排名较高;外部机遇为区域人口有潜在增长力、区域卫生资源相对匮乏、一定范围内暂无同等级医院竞争等;外部威胁为其他大型医院已有部分优势学科以及新院区的规划空间有限;内部劣势是部分学科因空间限制导致学科优势无法充分发挥。结论设立创伤急诊急救中心、妇产生殖产前诊疗中心、肿瘤放化疗生物治疗中心等三大中心引领学科发展,创立综合内科病区和综合外科病区进一步孵化特长专科。Objective To design key disciplines for the new hospital branch,so as to promote the comprehensive development of the disciplines through special specialties.Methods SWOT analysis was used to build the basic analysis framework to comprehensively evaluate internal and external factors.The Boston matrix was used to classify the internal disciplines of the hospital.Results The internal strength of new discipline planning was that most of the disciplines ranked high in China,and the external opportunities included the potential growth of regional population,the relative shortage of regional health resources,and the lack of competitive hospitals in a certain range.The external threat was that other large hospitals had already had advantage disciplines,and that the planning space of new hospital branch was limited.The internal disadvantage was that some subjects could not give full play to their advantages due to space limitation.Conclusion The hospital should establish trauma emergency center,prenatal care center,and biological tumor center of radiotherapy and chemotherapy to lead the development of the disciplines,and set up general internal and external medicine ward to incubate specialties.
