摘　　要：目的探讨精神障碍患者提供同伴支持服务对其自身身心康复的影响及效果。方法选取提供同伴支持服务的精神障碍患者所写材料50篇,通过回顾分析,进行定性研究效果评估。结果精神障碍患者提供同伴支持服务能够提高其自身社交技能、获得成就感和价值感、提升工作能力、稳定病情、提高生活技能、提高团队协作能力和提升自信心。结论同伴支持服务对于提供服务的精神障碍患者自身具有积极意义,使其在社交技能、成就感、价值感、工作能力等方面获益,有助于其身心健康。Objective To explore the impact and effect of providing peer support service on self-rehabilitation in patients with mental disorders.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on 50 materials written by the patients with mental disorders who provided peer support service for qualitative effect evaluation.Results Providing peer support service improved their own social skills,sense of achievement and value,work ability,stability,life skills,teamwork ability and self-confidence in the patients with mental disorders.Conclusion Providing peer support service has positive significance for the patients with mental disorders themselves,which can benefit them in social skills,sense of achievement and value,work ability,and physical and mental health.
