摘　　要：目的探索医疗失效模式及效应分析在降低皮试医嘱执行错误率中的应用及效果。方法运用医疗失效模式及效应分析的理念,对住院患者皮试流程进行分析,针对高风险环节提出可以或可能采取的预防改进措施,使医院皮试安全系统持续完善。结果优化皮试安全的各重要环节后,皮试医嘱执行错误率由0.77%降为0.08%,提高了皮试安全性。结论运用风险管理相关理论对住院患者皮试药物流程和风险点进行分析和防控,改进优化了皮试药物流程,保障了皮试类药物安全使用。Objective To explore the application and effect of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)in reducing the execution error rate of skin test orders.Methods The concept of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis was used to analyze the skin test process of inpatients,and to put forward preventive and improvement interventions for high-risk links,so as to continuously improve the skin test safety in the hospital.Results After optimizing the important links,the execution error rate of skin test orders was reduced from 0.77%to 0.08%,which improved the skin test safety.Conclusion The application of risk management theories in the analysis and control of skin test process and risk points optimizes the process of skin test and ensures the safe use of drugs needing skin test.
