摘　　要：目的探索二维码技术在医院静脉药物配制中心(PIVAS)的应用及效果,优化PIVAS输液调配流程。方法对2018年5月—2019年4月和2019年10月—2020年9月(引入二维码扫描技术前后)医院PIVAS相关数据进行分析,评价二维码技术的应用效果。结果二维码扫描技术应用后,PIVAS工作效率较应用前显著提高(p<0.05),PIVAS差错较应用前显著降低(p<0.05)。结论二维码扫描技术在医院PIVAS的使用,提升了工作效率,改善了工作质量。Objective To explore the effect of two-dimensional code technology in PIVAS,and to optimize the process of PIVAS.Methods The relevant data of PIVAS from May 2018 to April 2019(before the introduction of two-dimensional code technology)and from October 2019 to September 2020(after the introduction of two-dimensional code technology)were compared to evaluate the effect of two-dimensional code technology.Results After the application of two-dimensional code technology,the work efficiency of PIVAS was significantly improved(p<0.05);and the error of PIVAS was significantly reduced(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of two-dimensional code technology in PIVAS of the hospital improves the work efficiency and quality.
