摘　　要：研究选取我院2012年3月至2020年1月选派出国(境)的249名专业技术人员作为调查对象,总结出国培训现状及存在问题,提出针对性的对策措施,如拓宽境外培训渠道、加强知名院校合作、提高外事服务效率和建立考核评估机制,并结合当前新冠肺炎疫情的背景,对后疫情时期的医院出国培训工作提出思考,为医院外事培训工作提供建议。The study selected 249 professional technicians selected from March 2012 to January 2020 to be sent to the overseas as the survey objects.The current situation and existing problems of overseas training were summarized.The targeted countermeasures were proposed,such as broadening overseas training channels,strengthening the cooperation of well-known institutions,improving the efficiency of foreign affairs services,and establishing an assessment and evaluation mechanism.Combining with the background of the current COVID-19 epidemic,thoughts on the overseas training work of hospitals in the post-epidemic period were put forward,and suggestions for hospital foreign affairs training were provided.
