摘　　要：目的通过信息化手段实现医院设备采购计划的精细化管理,保证采购全流程重要数据共享与使用连续性,提高采购计划团队工作效率和管理能力。方法挖掘与梳理医院采购计划团队管理需求,设计满足管理人员使用的应用场景,自主开发基于EXCEL VBA的医院设备采购计划管理系统。结果该系统记录医院设备预算申报至采购合同归档的全部重要信息,保证了数据的有效传递与共享,提升了部门服务与管理能力。结论该系统的开发与应用提高了管理团队工作效率与管理能力,为医院设备采购计划与资产管理流程系统的顺利对接奠定了基础,亦为医院医疗设备的全生命周期管理提供了新思路。Objective To realize the lean management of hospital equipment purchase plans through information technology,to ensure the continuity of the sharing and using of important data throughout the purchase process,and to improve the efficiency and management capabilities of the purchase plan team.Methods The management needs of the hospital purchase plan team were excavated and sorted out.Then,the application scenarios that meet the use of managers were designed,and a hospital equipment purchase plan management system based on EXCEL VBA was independently developed.Results The system records all the important information from the hospital equipment budget declaration to the procurement contract archiving,ensuring the effective transmission and sharing of data,and improving the department's service and management capabilities.Conclusion The development and application of the system has improved the efficiency and management capabilities of the management team.It laid the foundation for the smooth docking of the hospital equipment purchase plan and the asset management process system,and provided new ideas for the life-cycle management of hospital medical equipment.
