摘　　要：该文通过对大学生意志品质在4个方面的现状分析,针对当代大学生意志不够坚定、盲目武断、自我控制和自我调节方面存在的问题,从体育运动培养大学生坚强意志品质的内在联系入手,充分挖掘二者的共性和发展的契合之处。结合笔者多年的教学实践,在众多的教育方法中选择了常用的、较为贴切的现代教育法、激励教育法、参与教育法3种教育方法,本着“一种教育方法适合一种场合”的理念,进行了具体实践和反复验证。提出了相应的建议:应在体育运动中通过现代教育技术、激励式教育和参与式教育培养大学生的意志品质。Through the analysis of the current situation of college students'will quality in four aspects,in view of the problems existing in contemporary college students'weak will,blind arbitrariness,self-control and self-regulation,this paper starts with the internal relationship between sports and cultivating college students'strong will quality,and fully excavates the commonness and development coincidence of the two.In combination with my teaching practice for many years,the author has selected three education methods,which are commonly used and more appropriate,namely,"modern education method,inspiring education method,and participation education method",according to the idea of"one educational method is suitable for one occasion",concrete practice and repeated verification have been carried out.Some suggestions are given:To cultivate college students'will quality through modern education technology,encouraging education and participation education.
