摘  要:本试验针对实验室前期保藏的菌株NYCS1-5进行了细胞和菌落形态鉴定、生理生化分析、耐盐促生功能研究、16S rDNA系统发育树分析,鉴定此菌株为栖稻假单胞菌(Pseudomonas oryzihabitans)。经研究,栖稻假单胞菌NYCS1-5同时具备较强的解磷和溶磷能力,也具有一定的解钾能力和产IAA的功能,该菌耐盐范围可达7%。通过玉米营养液培养实验也研究了菌株NYCS1-5对玉米在有盐(100 mmol/L Na Cl)、无盐条件下的促生功能,记录玉米在生长第4、10和12 d的株高和根长生长状况。在有盐条件下,玉米生长10 d时,菌株NYCS1-5处理组的玉米生理株高和根长分别提高了21.36%和16.64%,均达到显著性差异,菌株NYCS1-5表现出对玉米的耐盐促生功能。在无盐条件下,菌株NYCS1-5对玉米生理株高及根长也表现出了一定的促进作用;玉米生长12 d时,菌株NYCS1-5处理组的玉米生理株高增加了17.38%,达到显著差异。因此,此栖稻假单胞菌NYCS1-5对玉米等作物有耐盐促生应用价值。By carrying out cell and colony morphology identification, physiological and biochemical analysis, salt-tolerant and growth-promoting function and 16 S rDNA phylogenetic tree analysis on the Strain NYCS1-5 preserved in our laboratory,this experiment identified the strain as Pseudomonas oryzihabitans. The results show that NYCS1-5 has organic and inorganic phosphorus solubilizing ability, a certain potassium solution ability and the ability to produce IAA. The salt tolerance range of the strain can reach up to 7%. Through the maize nutrient solution culture experiment, the growthpromoting function of strain NYCS1-5 on maize under salt(100 mmol/L Na Cl) and salt-free conditions was also studied. The growth status of plant height and root length of maize on the 4 th, 10 th and 12 th day of growth were recorded. Under salt conditions, when maize was grown for 10 days, the physiological plant height and root length of maize in the treatment group of strain NYCS1-5 increased by 21.36% and 16.64%, respectively, which reached a significant difference. The strain NYCS1-5 showed salt-tolerant and growth-promoting function of maize. Under salt-free conditions, the strain NYCS1-5 also showed a certain promotion effect on the physiological plant height and root length of maize. When the maize was grown for12 days, the physiological plant height of maize in the treatment group of strain NYCS1-5 increased by 17.38%, reaching a significant difference. In summary, P. oryzihabitans NYCS1-5 has salt-tolerant and growth-promoting application value for maize and other crops.
