摘 要:为对贵州省百花湖水库和红枫湖水库采样研究,本文通过目镜行格法观察和公式计算,并分析其水生态环境中浮游植物的种群类别、种群构成、功能群分布情况以及与环境因子的关系,结果表明,两个相邻水库中浮游植物的种群构成类别相似。红枫湖水库的浮游植物种类明显多于百花库水库。百花湖水库小环藻和拟多甲藻是明显的优势种群,红枫湖水库中小环藻是明显的优势种群。浮游植物的群落构成受季节性变化影响明显,受环境因子水温(WT)和透明度(SD)的影响显著。To study on samples in Baihua Lake Reservoir and Hongfeng Lake Reservoir in Guizhou Province, this paper used the eyepiece grid method to observe and calculate the samples and analyze the population types, population composition,functional group distribution of phytoplankton in its water ecological environment and the relationship with environmental factors, it was found that the population composition types of phytoplankton in two adjacent reservoirs were similar. There are obviously more phytoplankton plant species in Hongfeng Lake Reservoir than Baihuaku Reservoir. Cyclotella and pseudopolydinium in Baihua Lake Reservoir are the obvious dominant populations, and Cyclotella in Hongfeng Lake Reservoir is the dominant population. The composition of the phytoplankton community is significantly affected by seasonal changes, and is also significantly affected by environmental factors, water temperature(WT) and secchi depth(SD).
