摘　　要：银屑病是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,免疫系统异常在银屑病中占有重要地位。中性粒细胞作为固有免疫细胞中含量最多的细胞,在银屑病发生发展过程中亦起到了重要作用。中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular traps, NETs)参与各种自身免疫性疾病,并通过不同机制参与银屑病的发生和发展。研究NETs在银屑病中的作用及机制有助于完善银屑病免疫学理论并指导开发新的治疗靶点。Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease.The abnormal immune system plays an important role in psoriasis.As the most abundant innate immune cells, neutrophils also exert a crucial function in the development of psoriasis.Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs) are involved in various autoimmune diseases and contribute to the occurrence and development of psoriasis through different mechanisms.Exploring the role and mechanism of NETs in psoriasis may be beneficial in improving the understanding of the immunological basis of psoriasis and developing the new therapeutic targets.
