摘　　要：文章构建中国省级服务业内部结构优化和知识产权保护的空间关联网络,并基于复杂网络分析法,实证检验知识产权保护与服务业内部结构优化空间关联的关系。结果表明:(1)中国各省份服务业内部结构优化与知识产权保护空间关联网络分别存在107和142个空间关联渠道,其网络通达性和稳定性较好。(2)东部省份在网络中的中心地位明显,且在网络中起到的"桥梁"作用更大。(3)基于QAP相关和回归分析发现:知识产权保护以及地理位置邻接对服务业内部结构优化的空间关联和空间溢出有显著的正向影响,知识密集型服务业的增长具有"近水楼台先得月"的效应。(4)知识产权保护空间关联、地理邻接及人均GDP、制造业结构升级、信息化水平的空间差异可共同解释82.09%的服务业内部结构优化空间关联。This paper constructs a spatial network of internal structure optimization and intellectual property protection of provincial service industry in China,and empirically tests the spatial relationship between the protection of intellectual property and the internal structure optimization of service industry based on the complex network analysis method.The results show that:1)There are 107 and 142 spatial connection channels respectively in the internal structure optimization of service industry and intellectual property protection in provinces of China,which has good network accessibility and stability.2)Eastern provinces in China have a clear central position in the network,and play a greater role as a"bridge"in the network.3)Applying QAP correlation and regression analysis,it’s found that intellectual property protection and geographical proximity have a significant positive impact on the spatial correlation and spatial spillover of the internal structure optimization of the service industry.The growth of knowledge intensive service industry has the effect of"first come,first served".4)The spatial correlation of intellectual property protection,geographical adjacency,and spatial difference of per capita GDP,structural upgrading of manufacturing industry and informatization level can jointly explain82.09%of the spatial correlation of internal structure optimization of service industry.
