低温清洗剂RY-322在涤纶针织物中的应用

摘　　要：采用低温清洗剂RY-322对涤纶针织物进行低温清洗,探讨清洗剂用量、清洗温度、时间、清洗pH值对清洗效果的影响,并与传统的保险粉清洗工艺进行对比。结果表明,低温清洗剂RY-322的优化工艺为低温清洗剂RY-322 2.5~3.0 g/L、液碱1.0 g/L、70℃、20 min;低温清洗剂RY-322的清洗温度要比保险粉低10~15℃,色牢度稍有提升,且低温清洗剂RY-322R清洗残液的COD值比保险粉低10%~15%;低温清洗剂RY-322为液体,替代保险粉,完全消除了保险粉遇水燃烧、粉尘飞扬的安全隐患。The low-temperature cleaning agent ry-322 was used to clean polyester knitted fabric. The influencing factors of polyester reduction cleaning, such as the amount of cleaning agent, cleaning temperature,cleaning time and cleaning pH value, were analyzed. The application experiment shows that the reasonable application process of low temperature cleaning agent ry-322 is: dosage of 2.5~3.0 g/L, caustic soda of 1.0 g/L and 70 ℃ for 20 minutes. Compared with the traditional powder, the cleaning temperature of low-temperature detergent ry-322 is 10 ~15 ℃, lower than that of sodium hydrosulfite, the color fastness is slightly improved, and the COD value of cleaning residue of low-temperature detergent ry-322 r is 10% ~15%, lower than that of sodium hydrosulfite. The low-temperature cleaning agent ry-322 is liquid, which can substitute sodium hydrosulfite, thus eliminate the hidden danger of sodium hydrosulfite burning in water and dust flying.
