摘　　要：risankizumab是一种针对白介素23(IL-23)p19亚基的人源化单克隆IgG1类抗体,2019年由美国FDA批准上市,用于治疗中至重度斑块型银屑病。现对risankizumab的作用机制、与其他生物制剂比较的优势、药动学、药物相互作用、临床疗效评价、安全性和不良反应等进行综述。Risankizumab is a humanized,monoclonal IgG1 class antibody,the action of which is based on binding to the p19 subunit of IL-23.It has been approved by the FDA in 2019 for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.This review summarizes the mechanism,the advantages compared with other biological agents,pharmacokinetics,drug interaction,clinical evaluation,safety and tolerability of risankizumab.
