摘  要:具有独特刺激-响应机制的"智能型"药物载体,可在外源型或人体自身环境因素的刺激下做出相关理化性质改变的响应调节,控制药物到达靶部位,并且能自动调节释药速率,已成为当前材料学与药剂学领域的研究热点之一。由于具有提高药物在体内的生物利用度和降低其毒副作用等优点,"智能型"药物载体将在未来的临床治疗中起到越来越重要的作用。本文综述了面向不同刺激因素的刺激响应型智能药物载体的作用机制、材料性质特点和潜在应用的最新研究进展,并对其发展前景进行进一步的展望。Smart drug carriers with a unique stimulus-response mechanism can respond to changes in physical and chemical properties under the stimulation of exogenous or human body’s own environmental factors,and thus can control the delivery site of the drug,and automatically adjust the drug release rate.Currently,it has become one of the research hotspots in the field of materials science and pharmacy.Due to the advantages of improving the bioavailability of drugs in the body and reducing their side effects,smart drug carriers will play an increasingly important role in future clinical treatments.This article reviews the latest research progress in the mechanism of action,material properties and potential applications of stimulus-responsive smart drug carriers for different stimuli,and further prospects for their development.
