摘　　要：目的促进临床合理使用中药饮片。方法按医院所属地域及等级,对四川省医院中药饮片处方审核药师进行网上问卷调查,了解四川省不同性质、不同等级医院中药饮片处方审核的现状。结果共收回174份问卷,其中有效问卷157份,有效回收率为90.23%。药师学历以大学本科及以下为主,药学职称以主管药师与主管中药师为主,药师从业时间较长。中医院、中西医结合医院设立中药饮片超剂量用药相关规定的比例高于平均水平(约为75%),专科医院、中医院、中西医结合医院开展中药饮片处方点评情况均优于综合性医院,且不同类型医院间均有显著差异(P<0.05);不同等级医院在中药饮片处方审核方式、审核药师专业及是否开展处方点评三方面有显著差异(P<0.05);药师对于信息化辅助中药饮片审方的需求以综合性医院最高(43.00%),中西医结合医院最低(10.00%)。中药饮片处方审核岗位有资质人员轮班率以专科医院最高(66.67%),中西医结合医院最低(45.45%);中药饮片处方审核药师为中药专业的比例以专科医院最高(80.00%),中西医结合医院最低(72.73%)。中药饮片处方审核方法中,传统人工审核采用率以专科医院最高(80.00%),中医院最低(40.74%),信息系统审核仅综合性医院(2.63%)开展;人工+信息系统审核采用率以中医院最高(59.26%),专科医院最低(20.00%)。结论四川省大部分医院开展中药饮片处方审核工作,但缺乏统一标准,不同区域、性质、等级医院的审核尺度和水平均存在较大差异,且中药饮片处方的审核多数停留在传统人工审方阶段,存在效率低、相关配备滞后、干预成功率低和实效性差等问题。建议建立统一的审方标准、制度及流程,加强信息化建设,加大培训力度,提升中药师专业技术水平及能力。Objective To promote the clinical rational use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decoction pieces.Methods According to the region and the level of hospitals,an online questionnaire survey was conducted among pharmacists who reviewed the TCM decoc-tion pieces prescriptions in hospitals in Sichuan Province to understand the prescription review status of TCM decoction pieces in hospi-tals with different types and levels in Sichuan Province.Results A total of 174 questionnaires were collected,of which 157 were effec-tive,with an effective rate of 90.23%.The education background of pharmacists was mainly bachelor degree or below,the professional titles of pharmacists were mainly pharmacist-in-charge and Chinese pharmacist-in-charge,and the working years of pharmacists were long.The proportion of establishing regulations on overdose administration of TCM in TCM hospitals and integrated traditional Chi-nese and Western medicine hospitals was higher than the average level(about 75%).The prescription review of TCM decoction pieces in specialized hospitals,TCM hospitals and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospitals were better than those in gen-eral hospitals,and there were significant differences among different types of hospitals(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the way of prescription review of TCM decoction pieces,the professional level of pharmacists and whether to carry out the prescription review among hospitals with different levels(P<0.05).The demand of pharmacists for information-based assistance in the prescription review of TCM decoction pieces was the highest in general hospitals(43.00%),and the lowest in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospitals(10.00%).The shift rate of qualified personnel in the review post of TCM decoction pieces was the highest in specialized hospitals(66.67%),and the lowest in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospitals(45.45%).The propor-tion of prescription-review pharmacists majoring in TCM was the highest in spe
