摘  要:目的优化复方透骨宽筋洗剂的提取工艺。方法采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠显色法测定洗剂中总黄酮的含量;以浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,以总黄酮和总固形物的含量为综合评价指标,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验优化复方透骨宽筋洗剂的提取工艺。结果总黄酮测定方法的平均回收率为98.23%,RSD为0.77%(n=6);最优提取工艺为加10倍量水,浸泡30 min,煎煮1.5 h,煎煮2次。结论建立的总黄酮测定方法可行,优选的工艺合理、稳定、可靠。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Compound Tougukuanjin Lotion.Methods The content of total flavonoids in Compound Tougukuanjin Lotion was determined by the sodium nitrite(NaNO_(2))-aluminum nitrate[Al(NO_(3))_(3)]-sodium hydroxide(NaOH)colorimetry.The extraction process of Compound Tougukuanjin Lotion was optimized by the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test with soaking time,amount of water,decocting time and decocting times as the investigation factors,and with the content of total flavonoids and total solids as the comprehensive evaluation indexes.Results The average recovery of total flavonoids was 98.23%with the RSD of 0.77%(n=6).The optimal extraction process was as follows:adding 10 times of water,soaking for 30 min,decocting twice with 1.5 h each time.Conclusion The established method for the content determination of total flavonoids is feasible,and the optimized extraction process is reasonable,stable and reliable.
