摘　　要：目的探讨加味三拗汤合止嗽散联合氢溴酸右美沙芬治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效,以及对患者中医证候积分的影响。方法选取医院2017年9月至2019年9月收治的感染后咳嗽患者90例,按随机对照法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。两组患者均予氢溴酸右美沙芬片治疗,观察组患者加用加味三拗汤合止嗽散,均连续治疗7 d。结果观察组总有效率为91.11%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的中医证候评分和视觉模拟评分法评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率相当(17.78%比11.11%,P>0.05)。结论加味三拗汤合止嗽散联合氢溴酸右美沙芬治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效良好,可显著改善患者的中医证候,且治疗安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei San'ao Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in the treatment of cough after infection and its effect on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score.Methods A total of 90 patients with cough after infection admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Tablets,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Jiawei San'ao Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder.Both groups were continuously treated for 7 d.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(17.78%vs.11.11%,P>0.05).Conclusion Jiawei San'ao Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder and dex-tromethorphan hydrobromide in the treatment of cough after infection has good clinical efficacy and safety,which can significantly improve the TCM syndrome.
