摘  要:为揭示建筑物因杂填土渗水导致楼房发生不均匀沉降的问题,增加地基稳定性,以某商铺楼承台桩基础为工程背景,通过理论分析、数据计算和后期监测相结合的方法,分析在该研究项目中,采用托换桩顶升并抬托楼房基础,以及对地基土层进行旋喷桩和压密注浆的方法进行加固,以达到对楼房地基加固的目的。现场研究表明:托换桩单桩竖向承载力特征值不小于300 kN,在旋喷桩与压密注浆的主要材料均采用了水泥浆和压密钢筋玻璃的拌合双液浆,水灰比1∶1,水玻璃的模数控制在3∶2,掺入量比例为1%,进行加固,效果显著。对此商铺楼基础使用上述综合措施处理后,满足地基土层对楼房承载力要求,阻止基础继续下沉,保证建筑物的正常使用,并对今后的黄土地区类似工程具有借鉴作用。In order to reveal the problem of uneven settlement of buildings caused by seepage of miscellaneous filling in recent years,and to increase the foundation stability,the pile foundation of a commercial building is taken as an engineering background.Through theoretical analysis,data calculation and later-monitoring,this project is examined to achieve the foundation reinforcement of buildings by the underpinning pile to lift the foundation or the jet grouting pile and compaction grouting.The field research shows that:in the underpinning pile,the vertical bearing capacity characteristic value of single pile is not less than 300 kN,the main materials of rotary jet grouting pile and compaction grouting are cement slurry and mixed double slurry of reinforced glass,the ratio of water to cement is 1∶1,the modulus of water glass is restricted to 3∶2,and the mixing proportion is 1%.The reinforcement effect is remarkable.After using the above comprehensive measures to deal with the foundation of the shop building,the requirements of the foundation soil layer can be met on the bearing capacity of the building,preventing the foundation from continuing to sink,which ensures the normal use of the building.The research provides a guiding significance for similar projects in Loess Area in the future.
