摘 要:据统计资料表明,80%的事故是由人因失误造成的。为提高智慧矿山安全水平,减少人因失误造成的危害,基于国内外学者们的研究与智慧矿山实际情况,文中构建包含个体、能力、机械设备、组织管理4个一级指标,安全素质、安全知识等19个二级指标的智慧矿山人因安全风险评价指标体系。首先采用层次分析法(AHP)对19个变量进行分析并将其权重依次进行排序,然后结合决策试验与评价实验室法(DEMATEL)确定综合权重并计算综合影响度。结果表明:智慧矿山工人操作能力、应急反应能力、决策能力、人机匹配度以及机器设备的安全水平等5种因素对智慧矿山人因失误影响较大,其中操作能力的综合影响度达到0.2061。评价结果可为智慧矿山管理者提供参考,其可针对这5种因素采取相关措施来减少人因失误,提高智慧矿山安全水平。The statistical data indicates that 80%accidents are caused by human errors.In order to improve the safety level of smart mines and reduce the harm caused by human errors,a human safety risk evaluation index system is extablished for Smart Mines involving four level-1 indicators of individuals,capabilities,mechanical equipments,and organization and managment,as well as 19 level-2 indicators,such as safety quality and safety information.Firstly,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to analyze the 19 variables and their weights are sorted in order.Secondly,the decision-making experiment and evaluation laboratory method(DEMATEL)are adopted to determine the comprehensive weights and calculate the comprehensive influence degree.The results show that such five factors as operational ability,emergency response ability,decision-making ability,human-machine matching and the safety level of machinery and equipment have a profound impact on human errors in Smart Mines.The comprehensive influence of maneuverability reaches as high as 0.2061.Accordingly managers can take the appropriate measures to reduce human errors and to improve the safety of Smart Mines.
