摘 要:为避免某摩托车在驾驶过程中出现因散热不好而导致发动机温度过高所带来的高热负荷、高排放、低功率等问题,以某越野摩托车整车为研究对象,基于计算流体力学方法(computational fluid dynamic,CFD),对该摩托车整车外流场进行分析。结果表明:该摩托车进风格栅的结构设计不合理,不利于发动机冷却散热。通过改变进风格栅导叶结构来增大通风面积,并提出了相应的结构优化方案。仿真结果表明:经过对进风格栅的结构优化后,油冷器的冷却风量提升了118%,同样改善了格栅与油冷器之间因气流滞留所引起的局部涡流现象,降低了局部内流阻力;经实验验证,最优方案满足各种工况下发动机机油温度小于135℃、缸温小于250℃的要求。该研究结果可为摩托车整车零部件设计及开发提供仿真数据支撑及理论指导。With the improvement of the quality of life and the rapid development of science and technology,motorcycles with high displacement and high performance begin to be favored by the majority of motorcycle enthusiasts.However,high displacement and high performance motorcycles put forward relatively higher requirements for the matching and design of their cooling system.The driving performance of motorcycle is closely related to the heat dissipation of the whole vehicle.In order to avoid the problems of high heat load,high emission and low power caused by high engine temperature due to poor heat dissipation during driving,based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD),the outflow field of the motorcycle is analyzed.The ventilation area is increased by changing the guide vane structure of the air inlet grille to improve the air inlet volume of the radiator,so that the cooling system of the whole vehicle can meet the heat dissipation requirements.The simulation results show that due to the influence of the shape and structure of the forward style grid in the original state,the air flow retention phenomenon occurs between the grid and the oil cooler,causing multiple local vortices and increasing the flow resistance,which reduces the heat dissipation capacity of the oil cooler and is not conducive to the cooling and heat dissipation of the whole vehicle.Through the comparative analysis of the flow field of the whole vehicle chassis bench in the original state and the scheme of removing the forward style grid,it can be found that due to the obstruction of the forward style grid,the cooling air flow to the oil cooler and the engine suddenly decreases,and the temperature of the engine cylinder head and cylinder head increases.In order to reduce the air inlet resistance,the shape and structure of the front air plate grid are improved,the optimization idea is to increase the ventilation area of the front air plate grid and the oil cooler,and the cooling performance of the whole vehicle is improved for the purpose of increasing the
