摘 要:对基于M循环原理的露点间接蒸发冷却塔进行换热特性实验,探究冷却塔气水比、进口空气干球温度、进口空气相对湿度对冷却塔湿球效率和出口水温的影响。结果表明:随着气水比的增加,湿球效率增加,出口水温下降;保持进口空气湿球温度不变,随着进口空气干球温度增加,湿球效率降低,出口水温增加;随着进口空气相对湿度增加,湿球效率增加,但出口水温略有上升;随着进口水温增加,湿球效率降低,出口水温增加,在淋水密度为7.7 t/m^(2)·h,气水比为0.7,空气干球温度为37.0℃,相对湿度为41.1%时,冷却塔效率最高,湿球效率为240.00%。To study the heat transfer characteristics of dew point indirect evaporation cooling tower based on M-cycle theory,an experimental platform was built up.The experimental tests were conducted to analyze the effects of air-water ratio,dry bulb temperature of imported air and relative humidity of imported air on the wet bulb efficiency and outlet water temperature of cooling tower.The results show that as the gas-water ratio increases,the wet bulb efficiency increases and the outlet water temperature decreases;keeping the inlet air wet bulb temperature constant,as the inlet air dry bulb temperature increases,the wet bulb efficiency decreases and the outlet water temperature increases;as the relative humidity of the inlet air increases,the wet bulb efficiency increases and the outlet water temperature increases;as the inlet water temperature increases,the wet bulb efficiency decreases and the outlet water temperature increases.When the water spray density is 7.7 t/m^(2)·h,the air-to-water ratio is 0.7,the air dry bulb temperature is 37.0℃,and the relative humidity is 41.1%,the cooling tower efficiency is the highest and the wet bulb efficiency is 240.00%.
