摘  要:为了研究棉纺精梳机给棉工艺对锡林梳理力的影响,建立了精梳梳理过程中锡林梳理力的数学模型,分析了棉丛接触锡林针齿数、针齿对棉丛的挤压力与锡林梳理力的关系,讨论了给棉长度、给棉方式、落棉隔距对锡林梳理力的影响。在不同给棉工艺参数时,对精梳梳理过程中锡林梳理力的变化进行了测试。结果表明:锡林梳理力随着给棉长度及落棉隔距的增大而增大,并在钳板到达最后位置附近(即39.3分度)时锡林梳理力的增幅最大,而在梳理开始及梳理结束时梳理力增幅较小;采用前进给棉时锡林梳理力小于后退给棉,并在钳板到达最后位置附近(即39.3分度)时锡林梳理力减幅最大。认为:给棉长度增加、落棉隔距增加、前进给棉改后退给棉,总体上锡林梳理力均有增加,不同梳理阶段梳理力增加幅度有所不同,但锡林梳理力曲线的“偏山形”变化规律基本不变。In order to study cotton comber feeding process influence on cylinder carding force,the mathematical model of cylinder carding force was established in the combing process. The relationship of cotton bundle cylinder needle teeth,tooth contact of cotton cluster with extrusion cylinder carding force were analyzed. The change of cylinder carding force during carding was measured at different feeding process.The results showed that the cylinder carding force was increased with the increase of feeding length and drop-off distance,and the increment was the largest when the nipper was reached the last position(i.e.39.3 degrees),but the increment of cylinder carding force was smaller at the beginning and end of carding.The cylinder carding force of forward feeding was less than backward feeding,and the cylinder carding force reduction was the largest when the nipper was reached the last position (i.e.39.3 degrees).It is considered that the carding force of cylinder was increased with the increase of feeding length, drop-off distance,and the change of feeding method from forward to backward.The increment of carding force was changed with different carding stages,but the curve of cylinder carding force is basically unchanged.
