摘 要:为了充分挖掘精梳工序的生产潜力,探讨国产多机型精梳机采用重定量工艺的实践。就重定量工艺中小卷定量、给棉方式、给棉长度、速度与梳理器材的优化选择等问题进行了阐述。对国产精梳机分高速、中速和低速3种类型采用重定量工艺进行了试验。结果表明:选择前进给棉、重定量小卷、优化配置工艺和高品质梳理器材、适当缩小锡林梳理隔距,可以满足精梳梳理要求,同时实现高产优质的工艺效果。认为:纺织企业应根据产品质量要求、设备状态、管理水平,通过试验科学选择重定量工艺。In order to fully use the production potential of combing process,the practice of domestic combers heavy weight per unit process was discussed.The optimization selection of combed lap weight per unit,feeding method,feeding length,feeding speed and carding equipment in heavy weight per unit process were discussed.The heavy weight per unit process of domestic comber was tested in high speed,medium speed and low speed.The results showed that selecting forward feeding,heavy weight per unit of comber lap,optimized configuration of technology and high quality carding equipment,appropriately reducing the cylinder carding gauge combing requirements can be meet,high yield and high quality technological results can be achieved.It is considered that textile enterprises should choose heavy weight per unit process scientifically through experiments according to product quality requirements,equipment status and management level.
