摘  要:探讨莫代尔二醋酸纤维喷气涡流混纺纱的生产工艺。介绍了纺纱流程中生产管控要点和重点技术措施。根据二醋酸纤维的特点,对其进行柔性梳理,克服了强力低所带来的纺纱难题;通过优化喷气涡流纺关键工艺参数,提高包缠率,最终成功纺制出莫代尔/二醋酸纤维60/4014.8 tex喷气涡流纱。认为:二醋酸纤维与莫代尔纤维进行混纺,可以开发出具有柔软速干、耐磨性良好的纱线,产品质量满足用户需求。Production process of Modal cellulose diacetate fiber air jet vortex blended yarn was discussed.The main points of production control and key technology measures in the spinning process were introduced.According to property of cellulose diacetate fiber,it was flexibly carded,spinning problems caused by lower strength were overcome.By optimizing key process parameters of air jet vortex spinning and increasing wrapping rate,Modal/cellulose diacetate fiber 60/4014.8 tex air jet vortex yarn was finally successfully spun.It is considered that through blending cellulose diacetate fiber and modal fiber,the yarn with soft,quick-drying and better abrasion resistance can be developed,its quality can meet the needs of users.
