摘 要:为了研究制氧氧、氮压机轴振动及位移测量数据波动及引起误跳机原因,从测量原理、控制及联锁系统原理和仪表供电系统三方面进行了分析研究,得出如下结论:目前轴系仪表测量系统稳定性及抗干扰能力差,联锁停机继电器供电采用220 VAC易造成模拟量信号干扰,就地联锁未投运及重点联锁控制仪表未按照冗余方案配置。因此从轴系测量系统改造、制定抗干扰措施、就地联锁投运、冗余电源配置四个方面提出解决对策。In order to study the fluctuation of the measured data of the shaft vibration and displacement of the oxygen-generating and nitrogen-generating press and the cause of the machine trip by mistake,the measurement principle and control,the interlock system principle and the instrument power supply system are analyzed and studied,it is concluded that the stability and anti-interference ability of the current shafting instrument measurement system are poor,that the use of 220 VAC in the power supply of interlock shut-down relay is easy to cause the interference of analog signals,that the local interlock is not put into operation and that the key interlock control instruments are not configured according to the redundant scheme.Therefore,from the shafting measurement system reform,anti-interference measures,on-site interlocking put into operation,redundant power supply configuration four aspects to put forward solutions.
