摘  要:高压板翅式换热器是一种利用翅片形成高换热面积的换热设备,因为其体积小,换热率高而在流程工业上具有广泛的应用。板翅式换热器的换热效率对其所处的化工设备起着重要作用,极大地影响流体机械设备的运行成本。板翅式换热器的设计分为多个阶段,其中通道分配部分目前完全由手工完成,设计周期较长,精确度较低。该文提出一种基于决策树的算法,在完成目标函数建模的基础上,采用将所有可能的解构建成树并使用深度优先(DFS)搜索可以找到通道分配的最优策略,同时该算法可以在10分钟以内完成设计人员通常需要2~3小时的工作量。Plate-fin heat exchanger is a class of exchanger that achieve high heat transfer surface through application of plate-fins,and is widely used in process industry because of its compact size and high heat exchange rate.Efficiency of plate-fin heat exchangers is normally critical for its processing plant,and can affect maintenance cost of fluid machinery.Design of plate-fin heat exchangers can be broken into several stages,among which arrangement of its channels is carried out manually,causing long design cycles and low accuracy.n this paper,an algorithm based on decision tree is proposed.On the basis of completing the objective function modeling,the optimal strategy of channel allocation can be found by constructing all possible deconstructions into a tree and using depth first(DFS)search.At the same time,the algorithm can complete the workload of designers in less than 10 minutes,which usually takes 2~3 hours.
