摘 要:文章旨在研究搭载天气雷达的雷达桅结构强度和减振方法。通过分析天气雷达的安装要素和船载气象雷达稳定平台的工作原理,根据实船案例,利用有限元模型分析的方法,计算某型科考船上的雷达桅的固有频率,从雷达桅结构、强度以及雷达稳定平台的固有频率着手,重点讨论科考船上搭载天气雷达的雷达桅强度与振动分析控制。探究雷达桅振动的主要诱因,并提出天气雷达的安装建议和优化设计手段。The purpose is to study the structure strength and vibration reduction method of the radar mast which carries Weather Radar on ship. By analyzing the installation elements of weather radar and the working principle of the on-board weather radar stabilization platform, according to the actual ship case, using the method of finite element model analysis, the inherent frequency of radar mast on a scientific research ship is calculated.Starting from the radar mast structure, strength and the inherent frequency of radar stabilization platform,focusing on the radar mast strength and vibration analysis control of the weather radar on ship. The main cause of the vibration of radar mast vibration is explored, and the installation suggestions and optimization design methods of the weather radar are put forward.
