摘  要:为提高燃油喷射精度,提高燃烧性能,针对一种新型永磁高速电磁铁结构,利用软件ANSYS Maxwell建立瞬态联合仿真模型,并通过试验间接验证模型的计算精度。利用建立的瞬态联合仿真模型对其动态响应特性进行仿真分析。结果表明:在喷油器结构参数和驱动信号不变的情况下,在常规电磁铁中增加凸缘和永磁体结构,电磁力可提升约50 N,总响应时间由1.15 ms缩短到1.07 ms,喷油器的动态响应速度得到有效提升;在保证喷油器结构参数和性能不变的情况下,将高电平驱动电流由16 A减小到12 A,低电平驱动电流可由9 A减小到6 A,永磁体可降低电磁铁工作能耗,延长喷油器的使用寿命。In order to improve fuel injection accuracy and combustion performance, a new type of permanent magnet high speed electromagnet structure is proposed. The transient co-simulation model is established by ANSYS Maxwell, and the modeling method is verified by experiments. The transient joint simulation model is used to analyze the dynamic response characteristics. The results show that compared with the conventional solenoid valve: The electromagnetic force can be increased by about 50 N after a conventional electromagnet finds the permanent magnet embedded in it. Permanent magnets improve the dynamic response of solenoid valves, the total response time is shortened from 1.15 ms to 1.07 ms. Permanent magnet can reduce the working energy consumption of electromagnet and improve the service life of high speed solenoid valve, the high level drive current can be reduced from 16 A to 12 A, and the low level drive current from 9 A to 6 A.
