摘 要:为进一步提高船用燃机排气引射器的工作性能,降低红外辐射,以某型船用燃机排气系统为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方法对船用燃气轮机排气系统在不同工况下的工作性能进行数值模拟研究,获得各工况下燃气轮机排气系统出口处的温度场。在此基础上,分析主喷口面积和侧壁窗口面积对排气系统出口温度分布的影响。研究结果表明,随着主喷口出口面积的逐渐减小,引射系数和总压损失都有所增加,排气室侧壁窗口面积的增加会增大整个装置的引射系数,但变化幅度低于主喷管出口面积变化造成的影响。In order to further improve the working performance of marine gas turbine exhaust ejector and reduce infrared radiation,taking a marine gas turbine exhaust system as the research object,the working performance of marine gas turbine exhaust system under different working conditions is numerically simulated by numerical simulation method,and the temperature field at the outlet of gas turbine exhaust system under various working conditions is obtained.On this basis,the influence of the area of the main nozzle and the area of the side wall window on the outlet temperature distribution of the exhaust system is analyzed.The results show that with the gradual decrease of the outlet area of the main nozzle,the ejection coefficient and total pressure loss increase.The increase of the side wall window area of the exhaust chamber will increase the ejection coefficient of the whole device,but the variation range is lower than that caused by the change of the outlet area of the main nozzle.
