电视胸腔镜手术与传统的开胸手术治疗肺裂伤的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比分析在治疗肺裂伤患者时采取电视胸腔镜手术与传统的开胸手术的疗效差异及对并发症的影响。方法选取我院2017年12月至2020年12月收治的70例肺裂伤患者为研究对象,随机均为两组,各35例。并采取不同手术疗法,给予对照组患者传统的开胸手术,研究组采取电视胸腔镜手术。观察比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中引流量及出血量等手术情况和手术疗效与并发症概率。结果研究组患者所获得的手术效果较对照组更优,P <0.05,其中,研究组患者的手术有效率为97.14%,并发症概率为5.71%,对照组为80.00%,17.14%,组间对比,研究组的手术有效率与并发症概率较对照组更优(χ^(2)=7.137,5.329,P <0.05)。结论采取手术疗法治疗肺裂伤患者时,电视胸腔镜手术效果更好,治疗效果更优且并发症概率更低,值得推广应用。Objective To compare and analyze the difference in curative effect between video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and traditional open thoracic surgery in the treatment of patients with lung laceration and its complications Influence. Methods Selected 70 patients with lung lacerations admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group and received different surgical treatments. The patients in the control group were given traditional thoracotomy. For surgery, the research group adopted videoassisted thoracoscopic surgery. Observe and compare the operation time, hospitalization time, intraoperative drainage and blood loss of the two groups of patients, such as surgical conditions, surgical efficacy and the probability of complications. Results The results of surgery performed by patients in the study group were better than that the control group, P <0.05;among them, the effective rate of surgery in the study group was 97.14%, the complication probability was 5.71%, and the control group was 80.00% and 17.14%. In comparison between groups, the effective rate of surgery and the probability of complications in the study group were better than those in the control group(χ^(2)=7.137, 5.329, P <0.05). Conclusion When using surgical treatment to treat patients with pulmonary laceration, video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery has a better effect, a better treatment effect and a lower probability of complications, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
