血小板联合冷沉淀凝血因子输注在急性大失血治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨急性大失血患者实施血小板联合冷沉淀凝血因子输注的治疗效果。方法选取本地区2020年5月31日至2021年5月31日收治的急性大失血患者120例,根据患者治疗方式的不同分为研究组(n=40)、参照A组(n=40)与参照B组(n=40),研究组患者给予血小板联合冷沉淀凝血因子输注治疗,参照A组患者给予血小板输注治疗,参照B组患者给予冷沉淀凝血因子输注治疗,对比分析3组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者治疗后2 h有效止血率显著高于参照A组与参照B组患者,P <0.05;与参照A组、参照B组患者相比,研究组患者平均止血时间明显较短,24 h红细胞悬浮红细胞用量明显较少,P <0.05。而参照A组与参照B组患者相比,上述各指标均无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。结论在为急性大失血患者实施治疗的过程中应用血小板联合冷沉淀凝血因子输注治疗可获得相对较高的止血率,平均止血时间明显缩短,24 h红细胞悬浮红细胞用量更少。Objective To study the effective methods of blood transfusion and the curative effect obtained during the treatment of patients with acute massive blood loss. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute massive blood loss were selected and divided into study group(n=40) and reference group A(n=40) according to different treatment methods. Compared with the reference group B(n=40), patients in the study group were given platelet combined with cryoprecipitate coagulation factor infusion therapy, patients in group A were given platelet transfusion therapy, and patients in group B were given cryoprecipitate coagulation factor infusion therapy, comparative analysis the clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients. Results The effective hemostasis rate in the study group 2 hours after treatment was significantly higher than that of the reference group A and the reference group B, P<0.05;compared with the reference group A and the reference group B patients, the average hemostasis time of the study group was significantly shorter, the amount of red blood cells suspended in 24 hours was significantly less, P<0.05. Compared with the patients in the reference group A and the reference group B, there was no significant difference in the above indicators(P>0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of patients with acute massive blood loss, the application of platelet combined with cryoprecipitate coagulation factor infusion therapy can obtain a relatively high hemostasis rate, significantly shorten the average hemostasis time, and use less red blood cell suspension in 24 hours.
