中医多途径综合疗法对肛肠术后尿潴留临床症状及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的本次试验将探究肛肠术后尿潴留患者实施中医多途径综合疗法后的临床症状改善及生活质量影响。方法本次试验选取了本院2019年6月至2021年2月的70例肛肠术后尿潴留患者作为研究对象,根据随机、平均的分配方式分为对照组和观察组。对照组对膀胱穴位进行按摩、水流声诱导、甲硫酸新斯的明注射液治疗的方式,观察组则采用中医多途径综合疗法治疗,并针对两组的治疗结果进行对比分析。结果从结果上看,观察组治疗有效率为94.28%,对照组治疗有效率为77.14%,具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后的各项临床指标得分均低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用中医多途径综合疗法治疗肛肠术后尿潴留患者,可以改善患者的临床各项指标,如排尿时间、住院时间、进食时间等。同时,提高了患者的治疗有效性,改善了患者的生活质量,且在整个疗法实施的过程中安全性较高,值得在临床推广。Objective This experiment will explore the improvement of clinical symptoms and the influence of quality of life of patients with urinary retention after anorectal surgery after multi-channel comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods In this experiment, 70 patients with urinary retention after anorectal surgery in our hospital from June 2019 to February 2021 were selected as research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random and average distribution. Patients in the control group were treated with massage, water flow sound induction and neostigmine mesylate injection, while those in the observation group were treated with multi-channel comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. Results From the results, the effective rate of the observation group was 94.28%, while that of the control group was 77.14%, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). The VAS score of observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of all clinical indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with urinary retention after anorectal surgery with multi-channel comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical indexes of patients, such as micturition time, hospitalization time and eating time. At the same time, it improves the effectiveness of treatment and the quality of life of patients, and has high safety in the whole treatment process, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
