分期针对性护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者依从性、日常生活活动能力的影响分析  

Analysis of the Influence of Staged Targeted Nursing on the Compliance and Activities of Daily Living of Hemiplegic Patients with Cerebral Infarction

摘　　要：目的试验将针对脑梗死偏瘫患者应用分期针对性护理策略,进一步提升患者的日常生活活动能力,以及护理依从性。方法研究人员以2018年2月至2020年6月的时间基准,收集我院86例脑梗死偏瘫患者作为此次研究对象,根据动态随机分组法,分成观察组43例,对照组43例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则为分期针对性护理策略,分析护理结局。结果从护理质量上看,观察组患者的Barthel得分为(74.16±4.77)分,显著高于对照组的(61.36±4.97)分,有明显差异(P <0.05);观察组NIHSS评分(4.19±3.17)分显著低于对照组的(6.15±4.18)分,有明显差异(P <0.05)。在护理依从性的调查上,观察组患者为93.00%(40/43),明显优于对照组的86.00%(37/43),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用分期针对性护理有助于脑梗死偏瘫患者生活活动能力的改善,并能够在一定程度上提升肌力,提升患者的护理治疗依从性,具有临床推广价值。Objective The experiment will apply phased targeted nursing strategy for patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia to further improve their daily life ability and nursing compliance. Methods Using the time benchmark from February 2018 to June 2020,86 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia were collected as June 2020. According to the dynamic randomization method, they were divided into 43 observation groups and 43 cases in the control group. The control group adopted routine nursing measures, while the observation group was a targeted nursing strategy to analyze the nursing outcome. Results From the perspective of nursing quality, the Barthel score of the observation group was(74.16±4.77) points, which was significantly higher than the(61.36±4.97) points of the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);the observation group’s NIHSS score was(4.19±3.17)score was significantly lower than the(6.15±4.18) score of the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05). In the survey of nursing compliance, the observation group was 93.00%(40/43), which was significantly better than the control group’s 86.00%(37/43), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The staging targeted nursing contributes to the improvement of cerebral infarction hemiplegia, improves the nursing treatment compliance and has clinical promotion value.
