摘 要:净度是评价种子批播种质量的一个重要指标,影响着种子批的发芽率和商品性。净度分析是种子检验的重要项目之一,是体现种子检验机构检验能力的关键所在,是保持国际种子检验协会ISTA认可资质的决定性检验项目。目前我国的种子净度检验工作中还存在很多问题,如国内符合国际标准的检测机构偏少、净度分析技术力量较薄弱、缺乏种子标本库、有害杂草入侵日趋严重,需要提升检验人员的净度检验技术水平和检验能力等,这是作物丰产的可靠保障,对现代农业生产有着重要意义。Purity was an important index to evaluate the sowing quality of seed batch,which affected the germination rate and marketability of seed batch.Purity analysis was one of the important items of seed inspection,the key to reflect the inspection ability of seed inspection institutions,and the decisive inspection item to maintain the ISTA recognized qualification of the international seed inspection association.At present,there were still many problems in seed purity inspection in China.There were few domestic detection institutions in line with international standards,the technical force of purity analysis was weak,there was a lack of seed specimen bank,and the invasion of harmful weeds was becoming more and more serious.Improving the technical level and inspection ability of purity inspection of inspectors was a reliable guarantee for high crop yield,which was of great significance to modern agricultural production.
