摘 要:从邳州市地理区位、产业发展、科技支撑和组织机制等方面详细阐述了邳州地区大蒜发展具有的独特生态优势,从种植规模、产品品牌、产业特色及产品加工等方面分析了近年来大蒜产业发展取得的成效,结合当地实际生产需要,立足于生态优先、绿色发展、产业富民,以一产带动二产、促进三产融合,提出政策引领、基地建设、精深加工、市场建设、宣传推介5大举措。The unique ecological advantages of garlic development in Pizhou were expounded from the aspects of geographical location,industrial development,scientific and technological support and organizational mechanism,and the achievements of garlic industry development in recent years has been analyzed from the aspects of planting scale,product brand,industrial characteristics and product processing.Combined with the actual local production needs and based on ecological priority,green development and industry enriching the people,driving the second industry with the first industry and promoting the integration of the third industry,five measures were put forward,whicn contained policy guidancing,base construction,intensive processing,market construction,publicity and promotion.
