摘 要:文章对6082合金采用水冷、喷淋、风冷和空冷四种方式冷却到室温,计算出冷却速率;对6082合金进行力学、硬度、电导率、显微组织及断口组织的分析研究。结果表明,相同时效制度条件下,抗拉强度、屈服强度与冷却速率呈正比例趋势,断后延伸率及电导率与冷却速率呈反比例趋势;水冷淬火冷却方式下促进大量的细小强化相均匀析出,增加了随后的时效强化效果;水冷淬火方式下韧窝数量较多较密,材料塑性较高。6082合金冷却速率达到3.5℃/s以上,力学性能达到合格标准。In this paper,the 6082 alloy is cooled to room temperature and calculated the cooling rate by water cooling,spray cooling,blow over cooling and air cooling.The mechanics,hardness,electrical conductivity,microstructure and fracture structure of 6082 alloy are analyzed and studied.Research shows:Under the same aging system,the tensile strength,yield strength and cooling rate are positively proportional,the elongation and electrical conductivity after fracture are inversely proportional to the cooling rate.A large number of fine strengthening phases can be precipitated uniformly under the water-cooled quenching mode,which increases the subsequent aging strengthening effect.The number of dimples is denser and the plasticity of the mateiral is higher.The cooling rate of 6082 alloy reaches more than 3.5℃/s,and the mechanical properties reach the qualified standard.
