摘  要:采用立式半连铸方式生产C70250合金铸锭时,通过试验纯镁锭、铜镁中间合金、铜镁包芯线、铜镁中间合金加铜镁包芯线4种不同的镁元素添加工艺,得出铜镁中间合金加铜镁包芯线共同使用为最优的镁添加工艺。铸锭头尾镁含量偏差由最高的0.06%~0.08%降低至0.02%以下,可有效缩小铸锭头尾镁含量偏差,提高铸锭镁元素均匀性。In the process of producing C70250 alloy ingot by vertical semi-continuous casting,four different magnesium additionprocesses including pure magnesium ingot,copper-magnesium intermediate alloy,copper-magnesium core-core wire,copper-magnesium intermediate alloy and copper-magnesium core-core wire are tested.It is concluded that the co-use of copper-manesium intermediate alloy and copper-magnesium core-core wire is the best magnesium addition process.The magnesium content difference between head and tail decreased from the maximum 0.06-0.08%to less than 0.02%,which can effectively reduce the magnesium content deviation between head and tail,and improve the uniformity of magnesium element in ingot.
