使用环保型颗粒状精炼剂对铸轧3102合金空调箔成本和质量影响的探讨

摘　　要：根据铸轧3102合金空调箔熔炼生产特点,在确保铸轧坯料质量满足客户要求的前提下,使用环保型颗粒状精炼剂替代传统粉末混合精炼剂和含氯液体精炼剂;经过对比实验发现,使用环保型颗粒状精炼剂,精炼过程中烟气排放量明显减少,精炼工艺简化,熔炼烧损降低,生产成本明显减少,熔体净化效果相当。According to the characteristics of cast-rolled 3102 alloy air-conditioning foil smelting production,on the premise of ensuring that the quality of cast-rolled blanks meets customer requirements,the environmentally-friendly granular refining agents are used to replace the traditional powder mixed refining agents and chlorine-containing liquid refining agents.After comparative tests,it is found that the use of environmental protection granular refining agent can significantly reduce the flue gas emission in the refining process,simplify the refining process,reduce the melting burn loss,reduce the production cost,and the melt purification effect is similar.
