摘　　要：文章对圆铜线的端部脆断、空心断线、中间爆裂、硬线拉断等典型断口,采用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪进行分析,结合连铸连轧铜杆生产和拉丝工艺,分析拉丝断线的主要影响因素,寻求相应的改进应用。This article analyzes the typical fractures of round copper wire such as brittle fracture at the end,hollow fracture,intermediate burst,and hard wire breakage using a scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer.With continuous casting and rolling copper rod production and wire drawing process,the article analyzes the main influencing factors of wire breakage and seeks corresponding improved applications.
