摘  要:通过调整铝合金阳极氧化工艺(电解液、封孔类型),研究氧化膜对胶接性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究阳极氧化膜的微观形貌,采取胶接实验研究阳极氧化工艺下铝合金板材的胶接性能,并结合中性盐雾实验研究阳极氧化膜的耐蚀性。结果表明,采用硫酸阳极氧化结合常温氟化镍封孔的铝合金具有胶接性能好、硬度高、耐蚀性强等特点,可作为一种较为理想的胶接氧化工艺。In this paper,the effect of oxide film on bonding property of aluminum alloy is studied by adjusting anodic oxidation process(electrolyte,sealing type).The microstructure of anodic oxide film is studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM),the bonding properties of aluminum alloy sheet under anodic oxidation process are studied by bonding experiment,and the corrosion resistance of anodic oxide film is studied by neutral salt spray experiment.The results show that the aluminum alloy with sulfuric acid anodic oxidation combined with nickel fluoride sealing at room temperature has good bonding performance,high hardness and strong corrosion resistance,and can be used as an ideal bonding oxidation process.
