摘　　要：大数据下的商业模式变革对国家物资储备仓库管理提出了挑战。如何因应时代变迁,借鉴市场先进企业的经验提升管理水平,弥补财政资金缺口,更好地完成国家储备物资在服务国防、应对突发事件和宏观调控方面的职能,是一个值得探讨的问题。尤其对于国储仓库,必须最大限度地利用大数据优化配置仓库的闲置资源,增强仓库自身发展能力,主动变革,深度参与国家物流体系建设,减轻财政负担,从而更好地为国家发展战略和安全战略服务。The transformation of business model under big data challenges the management of national material reserve warehouses.It is a question worth discussing how to improve the management level,make up for the financial capital gap and better fulfill the functions of national reserve materials in serving national defense,coping with emergencies and macro-control in response to the changes of the times,learn from the experience of advanced enterprises in the market.Especially for national storage warehouses,it is necessary to maximize the use of big data to optimize the allocation of idle resources of warehouses,enhance the warehouse's own development capacity,take the initiative to change,deeply participate in the construction of national logistics system and reduce the financial burden,so as to better serve the national development strategy and security strategy.
