汽车饰件在吐鲁番双重极端环境中的耐候性表现及分析

摘　　要：文章对近4年以来在新疆吐鲁番盆地开展自然气候环境老化试验的32辆试验车的老化问题进行了统计分析,并结合皮尔逊相关系数法,考察变形、松动、异响、变色、渗析物、脱胶和操作力异常等常见劣化现象出现频次随季节的变化。结果表明,变形、松动及异响等力学性能变化现象在全年持续出现;变色、脱胶和渗析物等劣化现象主要集中出现在夏季中后段;冬季低温环境容易产生操作力异常等阶段性或永久性的劣化现象。This paper makes a statistical analysis on the weathering problems of 32 test vehicles that have carried out natural environmental aging test in this area in recent 4 years.Seasonal variation of common deterioration problems such as deformation,looseness,abnormal sound,discoloration,precipitation,degumming and abnormal operating force are investigated using Pearson correlation coefficient method.The results show that new occurrence of weathering problems shows deformation,looseness and abnormal sound increases throughout the year.Discoloration,precipitation and degumming mainly occur in the middle and late summer.The low temperature environment in winter is prone to periodic or permanent deterioration problems such as abnormal operating force.
